Reflectives

Numberplate reflectives are supplied in a variety of sizes to meet customers' requirements. Reflectives are manufactured with microspheric glass beads enclosed within a synthetic resin which means the retro reflective properties ensure clarity in wet and dry conditions in both daylight and darkness. White and Yellow are supplied for the home market but different colours are available for Export customers.

Reflectives are an integral part of Signams' plates accredited to British Standard BSAU 145d.

Assembly - Oversized Reflectives

Traditionally Reflectives have been supplied slightly oversize to allow for trimming, the reference size is taken from the Acrylic plate they are destined to fit.

No - Trim Assembly

For some time now "perfect size" reflectives have been supplied which require no trimming, these are now being extended to cover supplies for NOTA. Currently the popular sizes are available.

Reflectives For NOTA

Supplies for NOTA COLOUR are printed with a bar code on the reverse of the reflective, this is recognised during the printing process and automatically adjusts NOTA software to accommodate size, colour, Euroflag position and so on.

A new layout board has been developed for NOTA to aid accurate lamination of the Acrylic to the printed Reflective making "perfect size" Reflectives very easy to use and hence avoid trimming.

Borders

Numberplates can be enhanced by using a variety of coloured borders along with individual customer personalisations.

The Euroflag emblem can be enhanced with a Black border or alternatively, when using NOTA
