Service support - Experience gained since 2002 has led to the recruitment and training of Sales Support Technicians who will cover the UK to provide you with hardware and software support.

Regular Visits - Our technicians will visit and check the equipment and retrain if you've had staff changes. A dedicated technical support helpdesk is only a telephone call away and is answered by humans! Emergency callout will also be arranged and, if the problem cannot be resolved on site, machines will be exchanged normally within 24 hours.

Lease Terms - Contracts have been designed to be very affordable and follow the same pattern as other office equipment, eg. photocopiers. The most popular lease term of 3 years has been quoted here. Extensions up to 5 years at a lower cost are also available. Leasing is more flexible than outright purchase and can be more tax efficient.

Components - Great care has been taken in the selection and testing of the materials suitable for this process and these comply with British Standards. Unlike other suppliers Signam carry out 100% inspection on components to ensure consistent high quality.

Graphics - The printer can be used for graphic and sign applications and a simple to use sign creation programme is included in the software.
