Refined over two decades the system is still unique and offers a very 'user- friendly' means of assembly. New materials and minor changes to assembly equipment will meet the specification of BS AU 145d. The process involves laying the digits onto the reflective backing and encapsulating them with the acrylic face material to which adhesive has been laminated.

Four different Digit styles are available which all meet British Standards requirements. These are packed in new colour coded boxes to identify the different styles. Starter packs with smaller quantities are available in order to reduce the initial stocking costs. Each pack includes an order reminder to help avoid running out of stock.
