Signam was established over 20 years ago as a Design, Manufacturing and Distribution company mainly involving plastic materials. Efforts were largely concentrated in the Automotive Industry but recently the company moved into the leisure market with a range of sports equipment.
Our modern office and production complex covering a 2-acre site is based in the Heart of England and occupation at the end of 1993 completed this phase in the company’s continuing development and expansion, brought about by our increasing success in supplying quality products to discerning customers.
Products
The Core business is supplying Number plate Assembly systems and Number plate components also within the automotive product range are Lightguards – Headlight Protectors, both for the UK and export markets and Headlight convertor Kits. A more recent product range includes specialised equestrian products notably for the Dressage discipline together with course marking systems and more recently games equipment.
Service
The Automotive Industry requirements have been serviced by Signam often with a 24 hour order turn around. This same rapid order fulfillment will apply to all products once stock levels build up after the development phase. National Carriers will normally deliver next working day throughout the UK. Export Orders can be shipped direct or to groupage centres within the UK.
Sales Support
Sales support is provided by the Regional Sales Managers on territory and the support team at Warwick. Good communication is an essential ingredient to an efficient service, there is no voicemail at Signam – you talk to real people who are there to help. We encourage the use of fax or e-mail if you wish to communicate this way.
Service support
Experience gained since 2002 has led to the recruitment and training of a dedicated support number and Telephone support and Sales Support Technicians who will cover the UK to provide you with hardware and software support.
Regular Visits
Our technicians will visit and check the equipment and retrain if you've had staff changes. A dedicated technical support helpdesk is only a telephone call away and is answered by humans! Emergency callout will also be arranged and, if the problem cannot be resolved on site, machines will be exchanged normally within 24 hours.
Quality
Signam was first awarded BS5750 (part 2) accreditation in 1992, BS5750 (part 1) was achieved in 1993 and ISO9001 (part 1) covering new product design was awarded in 1994.
